Emi Seaside Rooms & Suites is a family-run retreat where authentic Cretan hospitality meets modern comfort. Since 1994, the Christodoulakis family has welcomed guests with warmth, care, and personal attention, making every stay memorable.

What started as a small family property has gradually grown into a welcoming seaside retreat while keeping the same personal touch.

Our Story

From 12 apartments to 27 spacious rooms and suites, we’ve grown while keeping the same family spirit. Sustainability

Environmental care is an essential part of Emi Seaside’s philosophy. Over 90% of the electricity comes from solar panels, and all hot water is produced using solar heaters. Refillable dispensers replace plastic bottles, and environmentally safe cleaning products are used throughout.
