What is the child policy at the hotel?
Children of all ages are welcome at Emi Seaside. Children up to 1 year old stay free of charge in a cot, which is subject to availability and needs to be requested in advance.

The Greek tourist tax is 2 euros per night.

Emi Seaside offers 10 types of accommodation to suit different needs, including Economy (our coziest option), Double Deluxe, Superior, Junior Suite, 1-Bedroom Suite, 1-Bedroom Apartment, and 2-Bedroom Suite.
Do you have sea view rooms?
Yes. Out of 27 rooms across three levels, 4 suites offer direct sea views. Rooms on the ground (first) floor have inland views.
Is daily housekeeping provided?
Yes, all rooms are cleaned daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned daily, please inform the reception or leave a note on the door.
Can all floors be accessed by elevator?
Yes, an elevator provides access to all floors.
Is an iron available in the room?
An iron is available upon request from reception, and ironing boards are located on each floor next to the elevator.
Is a safe available in the rooms?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a safe.
Is smoking allowed at Emi Seaside?
Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.
What meals do you provide in the hotel?
We offer a rich breakfast each morning, plus snacks and drinks by the pool and on the beach from 12:00 to 18:00.
What time do you serve breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 10:00. Early risers can request a takeaway breakfast box, which should be picked up the evening before. Please note that all indoor tables and those in the back courtyard are available to guests, while four poolside tables are reserved during breakfast for guests staying in the Sea View Suites.
Can I order an early breakfast, before 8:30?
Our kitchen staff prepares breakfast carefully each morning to maintain the highest quality. To ensure everything meets our standards, breakfast service begins at 08:30. Early takeaway baskets are available as an alternative.

Please note that glass containers are not allowed in the pool and beach area for safety reasons. Please note that outside food and drinks cannot be brought into the private beach and pool area, in accordance with Greek regulations.
What time can I order lunch from the snack bar?
Lunch and light bites are available from 12:00 to 18:00.

No reservation is needed. Sunbeds are always available exclusively for hotel guests — visitors from outside are not allowed to use the pool area.

The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For safety reasons, night swimming is not permitted.

Can I reach the hotel by bus from Heraklion Airport or Heraklion Port?
Yes. Just outside the arrivals area at Heraklion Airport, opposite the entrance, there is a city bus stop. Take the city bus to the Amoudara (bus number 6) area and get off at the Hotel Agapi Beach-Marilena stop. Emi Seaside Rooms & Suites is just 50 meters to the right.

After exiting the airport, follow the signs for Heraklion and Rethymnon to join the national road. Continue straight and take the exit marked “Moires.” Drive down the road, and at the traffic lights, turn left towards Amoudara. Keep right, following the blue signs for Amoudara. After a few minutes, Emi Seaside Rooms & Suites will be on your right.
How do I reach the hotel by car from Heraklion Port?
From the traffic lights outside the port, turn right onto the coastal road, passing Heraklion port and the Koule Fortress. Continue straight for 6-7 km, and at the large traffic lights, take the right exit following the blue signs for Amoudara. After a few minutes, at the smaller traffic lights, turn right again following the blue signs. Emi Seaside Rooms & Suites will be on your right shortly after.
How do I reach the hotel by car from Chania Airport?
Follow the signs to Heraklion and Rethymnon from the national road. After passing Agia Pelagia on your left, the road will start to descend, offering a panoramic view of Heraklion and the sea. Continue a bit further and take the exit toward Gazi and Rogdia. Drive under the national road and follow the blue signs for Amoudara. After a few minutes, Emi Seaside Rooms & Suites will be on your left.
